Summer Season Mid-May through mid-October $1,000/full day (9 am – 9 pm) OR $100/hr, with a 2-hour minimum Winter Season Mid-October through mid-May, water shut off $500/full day (9 am – 9 pm) OR $75/hr, with a 2-hour minimum Built in the 1930’s by Work Progress Administration work crews, the Pavilion is a stone hall on the National Register of Historic Places. The Pavilion includes an outdoor picnic area, a covered back patio, bathrooms, a sink, and a large hearth. A rustic wooden Outdoor Amphitheatre is just a short walk away, perfect for any kind of music event, gathering, or ceremony. These two locations are rented together for one price so that anyone using the space can hold their event rain or shine. Pavilion capacity: 95 seated Outdoor Amphitheatre capacity: 150 seated Includes the usage of 95 chairs and 13 tables. NWDC staff will manage all set-up and tear-down of furniture and linens. You may rent tablecloths ($10/ea) and chair covers ($5/ea). Guests must manage all decoration, table-top arrangement, and clean-up within their rental time frame. For $50, add on the Main Classroom to use as a dressing room/getting-ready space. NWDC-catered meals are available in the Horseshoe Lodge for groups larger than 10. External catering in the Pavilion is also allowed. Wedding Package pricing is available. Please submit an inquiry to learn more.

Our Meeting Room is located in the Lodge and can accommodate up to 75 people. We have several amenities to offer, tables, chairs, projector and screen, and beverage service just to name a few. This is also a great space for Yoga Retreats. We have mats and yoga blocks that we can provide.
