Victoria’s Wood Fired Pizza & Catering is a full service mobile catering pizza truck Cater. We feature authentic Neapolitan style pizza baked directly on the hearth next to the wood fire. In addition to pizza we offer full buffets including antipasto, sandwiches, drinks and desserts.
Our pizza truck cuisine focuses on sourcing the freshest organic seasonal produce and integrating the finest imported ingredients to achieve a unique synergy of healthful nutrition and vibrant flavors. Your taste is our priority and we can tailor our pizzas to your diet restrictions such as vegan or gluten free.
Chef/Owner Bruce Lyon is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America with 30 years of experience in restaurants, hotels and catering. He has a passion for cooking – especially Italian cooking!
