A Typical event with up to 200 people, that will be serving beer and wine with a meal, is 2,500-dollars for the entire weekend when you book with us. All we will need to book your weekend is a 500-dollar Security/Cleaning deposit, (minus Bank fees) that you will get back upon your proper cleanup. The balance due will be invoiced to you and due between 60 to 90 days before your Celebration. Please note that if the Park is not being used the day before - you may also use the entire day before, to drop things off, to do some setup, and have your rehearsal as well.

1. First-come-first-served basis and accept (Visa, MC, Checks, Can Invoice)
2. A Deposit is required to book your event.
3. Your balance is due between 60 to 90 days prior to the event and will be invoiced.
Cancellation policy: These are difficult times we are all experiencing – and we care; So please note: -that if you cancel your event with us because you are unable to have your event due to COVID-19 issues - your Paid Balance - will be fully refunded upon request.
In addition: you will be responsible to keep everyone and everything in the same or better condition than you find them & to take care of our neighbors by maintaining the correct noise level and adhering to the allotted times for your event.
