Outstanding - An Eventective User from New Britain, CT

Booking was a breeze. Sitting down with Lori and planning the day was informative as well as enjoyable. The room was pretty, food was absolutely delicious and outstanding. Food was presented well and mixed drinks were made to a T. We are still getting kudos from the day. Staff was par excellence. I highly recommend this venue for multiple reasons: easily accessible, and extremely clean. Should I have to plan another party I will definitely book Casa Mia at the Hawthorne.

Great in the beginning...not so great at the end. - An Eventective User from New Britain , Ct

The coordinator was great from the beginning of our meet. She communicated well and impressed me. Unfortunately she was not there the day of my event and the staff changed the agreement that we had without my knowledge. The Manager was an older man that was rude, belligerent and almost degrading. I will not be doing business there again.
