- Clear skies and rain plan will be developed for your event; indoor access is not guaranteed.
- Flexible cancellation policy in light of Covid-19 pandemic.
- 50% deposit + security deposit due upon receipt of signed agreement; remaining 50% minus any security deposit funds not needed for excessive cleaning/repairs due 2 weeks following event date.
