I hired Chef Eileen of What's Cooking Catering for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary party. It was very important to me that the party run smoothly with no help from me as I wanted to enjoy it myself with family and close friends in attendance. Eileen and her staff did a marvelous job and the party was a complete success. I chose an Italian themed dinner with lasagna, garlic bread, salad etc... Everything was absolutely delicious. Eileen also prepared a lovely antipasti platter for the cocktail hour prior to dinner and it was gobbled up by my appreciative guests. The dinner table looked divine with checkered tablecloths and chianti bottles with colorful dripping candles in them, just like an Italian restaurant. My guests were impressed as Eileen did an amazing job and really went the extra yard. I recommend her to all of my friends!
I spoke to many caterers and they all provided pricing, etc, Eileen really went the extra mile and that she worked with me to put together the perfect menu. Helped me with linens, tables, plates, glasses, and even helped me to find the perfect baker to make the cake with the exact fillings and decorations on the cake and the room. She was more like a very helpful party planner, than just a caterer.
