The hotel event organizer was very accommodating and helpful, and I was contacted right away once I put in the request through Eventective Marketing. The hotel rooms and the conference room were nice and there were restaurants nearby for lunch. However, the conference room was not opened at the agreed time in the morning and we were not able to get set up as efficiently as we would have liked. The conference room was also difficult for attendees to find and there were no signs directing people to the room. Attendees had to stop in the lobby to ask directions then cross outside to the other side of the property to the conference room.
