You can set up an open tab, offer to buy the first round (using tickets or tokens), or have your guests pay on their own. We are happy to accommodate whatever you wish. No outside alcohol may be brought in. Food: The food at Bevel is served up by our 4 amazing food carts located in our back patio. Our food cart options offer Mexican, American, Southern Cooking, and Indonesian Fusion menus. Each cart is closed 2 days a week so your options may be limited during the week. All four carts are open Thursday through Saturday. These are set up as self-service but catering options are available upon request. Decorations: You may bring in table decorations, tablecloths and balloons to match your party theme. Please, only use painters tape to affix anything to the walls, floors, or ceilings. And, please, NO glitter, glitter balloons, confetti, feather boas, flower petals. They are difficult to clean up. Thank you for understanding. Cancellations: Please let us know ASAP if you need to cancel your event for any reason by emailing us at *NOT DISPLAYED* . No cancellation fees will be applied. Rental: $100 to reserve the entire room for 2 hours (plus $25 for each additional hour) due upon confirming your reservation. You may send this via PayPal at *NOT DISPLAYED* or Venmo @bevelbeer.
