The rental fee is $3,500 for up to 54 guests, $4,000 for 55-100 guests and $4,500 for 101-150 guests All rental fees cover up to 8 hours of use on the day of the event. Additional time for rehearsals, setup, or overtime is $300/hour. 50% of the rental fee is required to reserve your date. The rental balance and a refundable $1,000 – $2,000 security deposit are payable 60 days prior to the event. We ask that you join Landmarks as a member and half of your membership rental fee will be tax deductible.
For midweek (Monday-Thursday) elopements we offer ceremony only events. Maximum is 30 attending and the fee is $1,750 for 1 and 1/2 hours with standard deposit required.
