Terms and Conditions

A refundable security deposit of $500 is required, and can be delivered via physical check to HodWall Productions, LLC. Handing it to us on the day of your event is fine, as we won't cash it unless something breaks. Responsibilities of you and your party: I. Compensate HodWall Productions in full for the service of providing The Blue Room to rent. II. Renter agrees to pay the total rental fee 14 days prior to the event, failure to make payment will result in a cancellation of the event. III. Show courtesy and consideration for others using the building. Responsibilities of HodWall Productions: I. Provide the space as advertised as well as the tables, chairs, speakers, lighting, and agreed upon personnel for the renter upon arrival. II. Follow all terms written in this agreement and act in a safe and professional manner when collaborating with the renter Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation comes up, you must inform HodWall Productions no later than 14 days prior to the event in order to receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 14 days prior, a refund will not be provided. What constitutes a refundable cancellation? Generally speaking, cancellation refunds are accepted upon events such as family emergencies, sudden severe illnesses, unprecedented venue maintenance requirements, or any other severe last minute emergency. Cancellation refunds are NOT accepted as a result of the following occurrences: Last minute attendance cancellations Alternative Venue Options Planning and/or logistical issues related to the event Vacations and/or personal change of plans
