Our studio space will satisfy all of your production needs. We have a spacious and clean 30’x 24’ cyclical wall and 16’x 9’ green screen. Our full-sized lighting grid will help you achieve the perfect lighting for every shot. Did we mention how easy it is to load in and out? There is direct garage access to the studio to make it a breeze to load in your gear and crew.
Our green room includes: make-up station, changing room with a full-length mirror and rolling wardrobe rack, wardrobe storage, steaming & ironing equipment, and a 42” LCD TV with live studio feed.
All studio rentals comes with:

PLEASE NOTE: If booking a rental outside of our standard operating hours of 8am - 6pm Mon-Fri, the hourly rate increases to include an on-site Studio Attendant for the duration of your rental. The Studio Attendant is present to assist when needed with any on-site equipment rentals and ensure that your rental goes smoothly.
LENGTH OF USE
Half-day rental periods are 5 hours. A full day rental period is 10 hours. This includes Studio clean up, which must be completed by the end of the rental period. Overtime will be calculated in increments of 15 minutes beyond the contracted end-time, fees will be assessed as per the Studio520 Rate Sheet and on the Studio Rental Request Form. Arrival up to 15 min. early is allowed for load-in as long as the studio manager is onsite. Hours going beyond standard rental hours constitute overtime and are subject to overtime fees of $160hr.
EQUIPMENT
In the event that any rented equipment is lost, stolen, damaged beyond repair, destroyed or is not returned for any reason, you will be responsible for the cost to replace the same item or the closest comparable equipped model, at current retail prices, without deduction for depreciation, plus transportation, tax and setup charges.
FACILITY AND DAMAGES
Renter agrees to leave the studio, greenroom, bathroom and adjacent areas in the same condition, as they were when Renter arrived. At the end of booking all trash must be put into garbage cans, tables and counters must be wiped down. If the facility is not satisfactorily returned to the state it was prior to the rental period and requires more than the standard cleaning (i.e. sweeping and vacuuming), a cleanup fee will be assessed of $100 hr. (i.e. steam cleaning carpets and/or furniture, wiping down walls)
The lounge seating is open for 1, 60 minute crew meal, the renter is responsible for clean up after that hour. If you require any kitchen / bar area for food/catering or for seating people during the day, you will be charged the kitchen / lounge rental fee.
Renter may invite guests, patrons, clients, or sub-contractors into the premises only during reservations and billable overtime hours. Renter is responsible for anyone in the studio during his or her rental period. Please report any damage immediately to the studio manager.
Renter will be charged for any room or property damage incurred during their use. A damage loss or repair fee, determined by management will be billed accordingly and must be paid within 48 hours of the original rental date.
There are no animals allowed on the premise unless pre-authorized. If animals will be on-site there will be an additional cleaning fee of $75, and a refundable damage deposit of $200.
LIABILITY
Studio520 is neither responsible nor liable for any accident, injury or damage resulting from the direct actions of the renter or their associates. Renter is required to have Liability Insurance naming VMG/studio520 as additional insured with limits not less than $1,000,000. Renter agrees to be solely responsible for the conduct and welfare of all persons accompanying Renter while on our premises. Studio520 is not liable for acts out of its control that affect the shoot, such as power outages, weather or emergencies. In such cases, Studio520 will refund a prorated portion of Renter’s payment.
PAYMENT
Unless otherwise stated, all rentals require a 50% deposit prior to the rental period. Cancellations that occur with less than 48 hours’ notice are the responsibility of the renter and payment will be due in full. If there is a challenge for the studio on the confirmed rental date(s) and the renter cancels, the renter is responsible for the total contracted amount. Balance is due on the last day of the rental period. We accept check or credit cards. If using a credit card add 3.5% to balance for the processing fee.
