Our All-Inclusive Package starts at $ 6750 for 100 guests. This includes your ceremony site, reception site, Hors D' Oeuvres, Choice of one Entree, Salad, Three hour house bar, and the large two room jacuzzi suite for the night of your reception.

Payments and Deposits
? All payments must be made in cash, check, cashier’s check, or major credit card
? Credit card payments will be assessed an additional 3% payment processing surcharge
? We require a $1,700 non-refundable deposit is required at the date of contract signing. Likewise, Candlestone Golf Resort cannot guarantee a your event date or venues, including Jacuzzi Suite reservations, until the deposit is received. The deposit will be applied to your final bill.
? All other deposits will be outlined in your contract and reviewed with you by your Catering and Events Manager.
? If any such payment is not made, Candlestone Golf Resort may, at its option, deem the event to be cancelled, in which case, cancellation charges will apply as noted in your contract. Candlestone Golf Resort will retain any deposits on hand and apply them to the cancellation charges. Interest will accrue on any unpaid balance or deposit paid late at the rate of 1.5% per month or 18% annum.
Liabilities/Damages
? Candlestone Golf Resort reserves the right to inspect and control all private functions. Liability for and damage to the premises will be the responsibility of and charged to the sponsoring organization. The party in charge of the function is responsible for the conduct of all who attend
? Candlestone Golf Resort will not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left in the banquet room prior to or following the scheduled event.
? An additional fee may be assessed, under Candlestone Golf Resort discretion if more than the standard clean-up is required
Food, Beverage, and Rental Minimum
? Before signing your contract, your Catering and Event Manager will work with you to determine your Food, Beverage and Rental Minimum, based on Venue Fees, as well as estimated food and beverage charges for your estimated number of guests set forth in your contract. This minimum is considered a guarantee once your contract is signed. This Minimum Food, Beverage, and Rental Revenue does not include taxes or service charges, or any other miscellaneous charges incurred for your event.
? You may reduce the Minimum Food, Beverage and Rental Revenue amount by 5% at any time between the date of the contract and 10 days prior to the date of the event. Should your event generate less Food, Beverage, or Rental Revenue than 95% of the Minimum, a charge in the amount of 75% of any deficit (plus taxes and applicable service charges) will be charged to you.
Guarantees
? Food and beverage prices are subject to change due to market conditions. Menu prices will not be guaranteed until sixty days prior to your event and will be stated on your Banquet Event Orders.
? Your guaranteed attendance and pre-payment of your meal service and any Beverage Packages is required by 12:00pm noon, 10 days prior to the date of your wedding. Please contact your Catering and Events Manager with your confirmation If we are unable to obtain a guaranteed count from you, we will use the highest estimated number of guests provided as the final count for room set-up, food preparation, and billing.
? Your guaranteed count is your minimum charge and guarantees may not decrease. If you have additional attendance, you will be charged for the extra persons. Our banquet supervisor will confirm attendance with your designated representative the evening of the event.
? Candlestone Golf Resort cannot be responsible for service or guaranteeing the same menu items for more than five percent over the final guarantee
