Wedding Day Only Coordination
You need a wedding coordinator for the day of your wedding if you want to enjoy it! This service is recommended especially for the couple that has planned their wedding on their own and are looking for piece of mind on their special day. Most couples turn into event planners throughout the planning process, and every planner adopts the desire to be involved in the entire process, including all of the details on the day of the wedding. Wedding Day Only Coordination allows the couple to be Bride and Groom on their special day, knowing that they have a trusted coordinator with the same detail-oriented mentality as they have to take care of the details.
Wedding Day Only Coordination Includes:
· Meeting with the bride and groom to go over all wedding plans and vendors selected, giving the couple a chance to meet a wedding planner and go over what they are looking for in a wedding planner.
· Make a list of vendors and contacts for the wedding planner so that everything runs smoothly on the day of the wedding.
· Creating an itinerary for the wedding day, which will allow the wedding planner to keep everything on time and to make sure everything runs smoothly.
· A meeting one week before the wedding to go over the details and any changes made.
· The wedding planner will be on site for the rehearsal to help out and offer advice.
· The wedding planner will be on site from the beginning of the day to the end, delivering the bridal party flowers and a bottle of wine to ease the stress. Making sure everything goes as planned throughout the day.

Full Wedding Coordination offers couples peace of mind throughout the entire wedding planning process, knowing that each decision they make has the knowledge of a professional behind it. Full Wedding Coordination Includes:
· Outlining Consultation to determine the wedding vision, budget, and style (roughly 1-2 hours in-person meeting)

· Assistance with all vendor selection (ceremony, fashion, hotel, transportation, music, photography, reception and stationary)
· Two site visits to wedding and reception venues
· Assistance in menu selection and organization of tasting
· Set appointments with vendors
· Attend all vendor meetings

· Detailed vendor itinerary
· Four status meetings
· Unlimited consultations
· Personalized Checklist System for bride and groom
· Detailed weekend itinerary for wedding party, families and out-of-town guests
· Design and layout of reception site

· Bridal Emergency Kit for all last-minute wedding day needs

Full Wedding Coordination Fees
10% of the total wedding budget
ex. If the wedding has a budget of $50,000, then the fee would be $5000
Please Note: there is a minimum $1,500 fee that applies
Travel fees may be applied to packages based on location.

Destination Wedding Coordination Fees:
10% of the total destination wedding budget*
*fee does not include expenses such as courier fees, long-distance phone calls, travel fees for the coordinator (if required), etc.

Consultation Sessions
A consulting session is arranged for couples who would like to plan their own wedding but are interested in unique ideas, money-saving tips, and assistance with where to start.
Sessions may include:
· Unique venue ideas
· Vendor suggestions and recommendations
· Theme ideas
· Money saving tips
· Budget allocation (and realistic expectations of costs)
· Wedding day timeline
· Etiquette
· Unique family situations and incorporating them into the wedding
· Any topic that you wish to discuss
It is important to remember that a consulting session is completely driven by your needs. It should also be noted that a consulting session does not have to take place at the beginning of the planning process. Consulting can be done at any point when you require professional advice on how to move forward.
Consulting Fees:
$150 for the first hour
$50 for each additional hour
