AV rental Day rates are defined as 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Gear must be dropped off by 9 pm on the same day as pick up to qualify for the day rate. Some exceptions may apply on a per rental basis. Custom quotes are available based on the total gear required for your event please contact us using the form on this page if you would like a custom quote. Delivery and setup are available for additional fees. All rentals are subject to a minimum 25% security deposit which is refunded after the equipment is returned undamaged. Rentals with equipment values greater than $1500 require a certificate of insurance naming Audio Events as an additional insured. Security deposits on these rentals are equal to your insurance deductible or 25% whichever is greater.
