My wife and I booked Hartman's Herb Farm for our wedding and reception, and we couldn't be happier. We were able to have all the festivities in one place. Hartman's had just the kind of function space we wanted. It holds up to 150 people indoors, but has much more character than some stuffy, run of the mill, hotel ballroom. The hall hade a rustic look, with big floor length windows so you could see all the flowers, herbs, and trees growing outside. The posts and ceiling beams were perfect for hanging personalized decorations. And a pair of French doors opened up to the wrap-around porch. There was just enough space for all our 130 guests without seating them on the dance floor, and we still had room for a four-piece band. The food was fantastic, and very reasonably priced. We got three options for our guests to choose from for what most places would charge you for two options. They also do buffets if you prefer. The only downside is that they do not have a liqueur license, so it's a beer and wine only facility. They definitely made up for that with their excellent beer and wine selection. I was particularly happy about all the local micro-brews. The absolute best thing about Hartman's Herb Farm are the owners. Their answer to every request was, ""sure, we can do that."" Carissa and Lynn gave us the perfect wedding. They even made all the bouquets, boutonniere, and floral arrangement for the cake from flowers grown right there on the property
