Cleaning, Basic table and chair setup / tear down.
Prep Kitchen with Refrigerator / Food warmer / Icemaker / Sink & Work tables.
Dedicated Bar area, Service area, separate Bride and Groom rooms with attached dressing areas and full baths.
Large Covered patio, landscaped outdoor area, outdoor stage and string lights.
200 Chiavari chairs (White color)
16 Round tables (6’ diameter – seats 10-12/table)
4 Rectangular tables (6’ x 30” – seats 6-8/table)
Additional rentals (Subject to availability)
Chairs, Chair cushions, Chair bows, Tables, Cake table, Table cloths, Overlays or Table runners, Center pieces, LED Dance Floor, Stage, Podium, Projector and Mic with speaker system.
All above items are subject to availability with additional rental fee and setup fee as applicable.

Payment terms:
All fees are subject to additional taxes as applicable.
At the time of reservation: 25% of total fees as non-refundable token advance to reserve and block the date and time of the event.
90 days prior to the event: Remaining balance, other rental fees and refundable deposit.
If reservation made within 90 days from the event date, remaining balance and refundable security deposit to be paid within 4 weeks from the event date.
Refundable Deposit: $500 (Hourly rental)
Refundable security deposit shall be returned 2 weeks after the event if no damages.
Card processing fee of 5% if paying by credit / debit card.
