The space is $400 starting rate. The venue can hold up to 40 guests. Price includes Bluetooth speaker, folding chairs, and tables. If interested a non refundable $100 deposit is required to secure your date. If you decide to reschedule your date the deposit can be transferred to another available date within 6 months. If you decide to cancel your event the deposit is non refundable after 24 hours. 7 days before your event the balance is due. The day of your event an additional $50 incidental fee is due. If after clean up everything is in order and back in place the $50 incidental fee will be returned. I also offer balloon packages and decor prop rental for an additional charge.
