Wedding Packages Rental Include: Main Hall, Lower Hall, Bridal Suite, Outside Back Patio, Shower Room, 1 Free Complimentary Day for Rehearsal Practice & Dinner, 1 Complimentary Bottle of Wine on Wedding Date, the Choice of White or Black Table Linen and 12 hour building access.

*For any couple booking our Diva’s Designs & Events for the wedding decor, a $300 credit off will be applied to bill.

Morning to Afternoon Events:
10am-5pm (Event time 12pm-4pm)
11am-6pm (Event time 1pm-5pm)
Evenings to Late Events:
6pm-1am (Event time 8pm-12am)
7pm-2am (Event time 9pm-1am)
*CUSTOMER CUSTOMIZE BOOKING TIME SLOT-A client has the option of booking their desired time but the rental fee is an additional $200 due to us closing off to having 1 event that day. See pricing below
-Monday-Thursday & Sunday rentals are $150 off discounted days. Friday & Saturday is regular fee.
-Sunday bookings must end by 10pm (Extra fee for events pass 11pm.)
-All events/parties receive 2 hour set-up, 1 hour clean-up, chairs and tables.
-All rentals will have an added refundable maintenance fee which will be refunded back after clean-up.
-Events on Thanksgiving, Christmas, 4th of July, New Years Eve & Day is an additional $300 fee on top of rental fee to pay off duty staff.

Pop-Shops (2 hours only in lower level): $150 per hour
Funeral Repass: $700 for upstairs only and $950 for whole building (3 hours with 1 hour set-up for Monday-Thursday and before Friday before 5pm only. Repasses on Saturday are regular event charge and time slots.)

Non-refundable 1/2 down deposit is due upon contract signing and balance is due 2 weeks prior to event. Refundable maintenance fee is additional and attached to rental fee which will be refunded back after clean-up.
The Aurora’s CEOs-Diva’s Designs & Events is a licensed & certified event design specialists, florists and wedding/event planning team that’s been in the business over 20 years. If a client would like to seek our services, they must book a consultation to inquiry our professional pricing. The meeting is a 1 hour meeting blocked off our schedule to discuss all details of event, decor research/planning and mock table set-up. Party consultations are $100-$150 and Wedding consultations are $200-250. Non-Refundable Fee must be paid before meeting.

*Liquor & Alcohol must be served by a license & insured bartender or purchase one day liquor license for $200. The Aurora license and insured bartender staff member starts at $150 per event.
*Night Parties require our security on duty which is $125
*Decor and other vendors is additional pricing. All clients booking venue and decorating will receive a $200 off credit on total pricing for events and $300 off credit for weddings.
