Day of Event Services – For the Couple who simply needs someone to execute all of your wonderful planning details! Package Includes: Etiquette and Protocol Advice Liaison between all vendors and wedding ceremony and reception venue(s) Coordinate wedding rehearsal and direct all hostess/usher activities Onsite contact for duties related to the execution of both the ceremony and reception sites Setup any favors, placecards, specialty items (i.e. guest book, card box, toasting flutes, table numbers, etc.) Provide final vendor payment envelopes *Estimated Hours: 10 hours, Service begins 2-4 weeks prior to the wedding date
