CLEANING PROTOCOLS
Enhanced cleaning measures:
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

General Rules
No smoking in the building
Outside catering is allowed
The CLIENT must designate an on-site representative who will be in contact with the VENUE as needed and will be responsible for access and securing keys etc.
During the event, no amplified music may be played. Soft music ONLY is permitted but must conclude at 9pm with respect to neighbors.
The use of tape, wires, tacks, nails and glue to hang decorations is prohibited. All decorations must be placed and removed without leaving damage. Be kind and leave the property as you found it.
Placements of tables, tents, live music, catering equipment etc. must be approved by VENUE no later than ONE week before the event.
Alcohol may not be served to minors.
Children are not permitted to wander the grounds unsupervised by an adult.
No glitter, rice, confetti, or flower petals may be used on the ground indoors or outdoors.
No sparklers, open flames or candles of any kind are permitted without explicit approval by the VENUE.
Smoking or use of vapes of any kind is strictly prohibited on any area of the VENUE property, inside and outside.
All Events must end by 10:00 pm to comply with the City sound ordinances and in order to allow for clean-up and closure of the site by 11:00pm
Cleaning and removing all trash is the responsibility of The Client who reserved the space.
