Perfect for the couple that has done all of the planning and sees the value of investing in a Wedding Day Coordinator to orchestrate the day allowing them to be guests at their own wedding.
Wedding Day Service includes:
• A personal Wedding Day Coordinator
• At least one additional BRAT Events staff member
• A two hour consultation to review your wedding details and contracts
• Access to BRAT Events staff for advice via telephone or email
• Creation of a wedding timeline, detailed checklists and contact sheets
• A one hour walkthrough and finalization meeting with your reception venue
• Confirm details with each wedding professional the week of the wedding
• Wedding rehearsal coordination
• Wedding Day 'check-in' calls to bride and groom
• Confirm possession of wedding rings prior to leaving for ceremony
• Confirm possession of Marriage Certificate prior to leaving for ceremony
• Wedding ceremony coordination:
o Organization and set up of ceremony
o Distribution of flowers to bridal party and family
o Line-Up bridal party and family for processional
o Cue / orchestrate wedding professionals for ceremony
o Organization of recessional and receiving line
• Reception coordination:
o Maintain and coordinate timeline for all events during reception
o Cue bride and groom, bridal party, and parents for special events
o Deliver final payments and gratuities to wedding professionals
o Assist with gifts and personal items at the end of the event
o Wedding Day Emergency Kit

COMPENSATION FOR SERVICES:
(a) The Client agrees to pay an initial non-refundable retainer of $250.00. This payment serves as a retainer and is due no later than 2 weeks upon receipt and payable at the time of contract signature. This retainer will be subtracted from the total balance.
(b) After the retainer has been received, the Payment schedule for services will be negotiated between the Service Provider and the Client.. To receive installment payments, the Service Provider will invoice the Client for the services per the agreed payment schedule.
(c) The final payment will be due 2 weeks prior to event date. The final bill will include required deposits for all services chosen, the remaining payment for coordination services and expenses incurred for items purchased.
DATE CHANGES:
In the event the Client is forced to change the date of the event, every effort will be made by the Service Provider and the Client to transfer location reservations, sub-contractors and event planning support to the new date. The Client agrees that in the event of a date change any expenses including but not limited to deposits and fees that are non-refundable and non-transferable are the sole responsibility of the Client. There may also be additional charges above and beyond those set forth in paragraph 2 above. The Client further understands that last minute changes can impact the quality of the event and that the Service Provider is not responsible for these compromises in quality.
Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation all payments made to date are non-refundable and all outstanding payments will be due immediately.
The Service Provider shall be excused from performing any obligations under this Service Contract should the event be prevented, delayed, or hindered by an act of God, weather, fire, flood, war, terrorism, inability to procure labor, equipment, materials, or supplies, failure of transportation, strike, or other causes beyond the control of the Client, whether enumerated herein or not.

SPOON FED (Partial Wedding Package)
Perfect for the couple that has some things in place but needs assistance pulling together all of the loose ends
Services include, but are not limited to:
• Complimentary Consultation with the bride and groom
• Unlimited access to BRAT Events via email and telephone
• Assistance focusing on your wedding priorities, desires and needs
• Assistance in designing décor, choosing color schemes, developing a theme, and selecting details that will reflect your style and personality
• A customized wedding budget and planning calendar
• Ongoing advice on budget, etiquette and wedding day activities
• Assistance in securing ceremony and reception sites
• Recommendations of the top wedding professionals, selected to fit your specific needs, taste, personality and budget. This includes, but is not limited to: photographer, videographer, florist, baker, music services and transportation
• 15 hours of face-to-face meeting time:
o Attendance at meetings with wedding professionals
o Planning and organizational meetings
• Assistance with scheduling appointments with wedding professionals on your behalf
• Contract review and negotiation
• Assistance with designing, producing and creating an ensemble of stationery
• Assistance with selection of décor and rental items such as linen, lighting and rental of specialty items for the ceremony and reception.
• Confirmation of all wedding professionals prior to your wedding
• Assistance with finding accommodations for out of town guest
• Assistance with coordination and organizing the wedding rehearsal and dinner
