"SLM Productions was the DJ Company for our June 19th, 2014 wedding. Scott (the owner & our DJ) was extremely professional and helpful through the process. They have a very detailed questionnaire which helps ensure the music and cadence of your wedding is met, which was extremely helpful to us. We had a friend officiate our wedding (he had never officiated before) and Scott set him up for the outdoor ceremony and kept him comfortable prior to performing the ceremony. DJ Scott and his team supported the outdoor ceremony, outdoor cocktail hour, and indoor reception perfectly to our requests and were very timely with song choices to keep the older crowd happy earlier while keeping the younger people on the floor for the entire night. Over our 4ish hours of dancing, there was only maybe 5 minutes in the middle where the dance floor lightened up a bit (you can only dance for so long without taking a breather). Everyone only had complementary things to say about them and we couldn't be happier with the result. They are a little more expensive than some other DJ's we looked at, but in terms of value and the experience they delivered we know they were worth it (you get what you pay for). At the end of the night, DJ Scott played the last song, only to still have all of our remaining guests on the dance floor begin chanting "ONE MORE, ONE MORE!" He immediately cued another great dance song, sending everyone out on a high note. We loved working with DJ Scott, and would use him again in a heartbeat if we could do our wedding again. My husband and I were extremely happy with SLM Productions & DJ SM. They did an amazing job and had everyone dancing the entire night at our wedding. We had a string duo perform during the outside ceremony and SLM provided the sound for us. Ramel did an incredible job as our MC. He started the night off after our first dance with 15 minutes of nonstop dancing to get the night started off right. Most weddings I have been to they have everyone sit down right away so the staff can take dinner orders. They did a great job with uplighting to change the look of the ballroom. The song selections were great and they really seemed to know what we liked as a couple and what would keep the crowd going. They also set up a custom illuminated DJ booth that worked better for our venue. Overall SLM Productions did an incredible job. If you want to have a great time dancing all night at your wedding you will not be disappointed. – Suzanne & James
