We had a memorial luncheon there. Erin was the event coordinator & great to work with. We thought maybe 85 would attend but ended up with 115 & they did a great job accommodating the extra crowd. Food was great as was the service. 5 stars

Hartefeld is a beautiful place for a wedding ceremony or reception to take place. I had my wedding reception there and everything that was associated with the site was perfect. There was the option of having the ceremony there too which would take place on the veranda or on the golf course. After the ceremony the guests would be given champagne while they bring out the food for cocktail hour. When you book a wedding at Hartefled they will assign you a wedding coordinator and they will help you plan the transportation, seating arrangements, food, and the location of the DJ, photo booth, etc. The food was excellent and they have many different food choices to pick from. We had the filet and salmon as options and they were both great dishes. Some of our guests were vegetarians and they were able to accommodate for that as well. The total number of guests we had were about 150 and that is almost the max for the large room. Hartefeld also has great packages that can include the cake and flowers. The reception room is nice and cozy with a lot of windows which is perfect for a candlelight dinner. Also, the bar area is all stone and located on the veranda overlooking the golf course. Before the reception the wedding party was aloud to take golf carts on the course to take pictures wherever we liked. They have amazing picture spots down by the pond. I loved Hartefeld and would definitely recommend it!
