Terms and Conditions

DEPOSIT TERMS: A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required. Payment in full must be paid before pick up. PAYMENT TERMS: The balance is due before pick up and can be paid in cash, check, or credit cards. All checks should be made payable to: Fiesta Fountains. There will be a $25.00 fee charged for all returned checks. CANCELLATION: This agreement cannot be cancelled, except in writing, by either the Client or Fiesta Fountains. If the Client initiates the cancellation, then the deposit will be forfeited. NO REFUNDS are given within 30 days of the event date. Fiesta Fountains will make every effort to obtain a contract to replace the services cancelled by the Client if canceled prior to 30 days before the event date. In the event Fiesta Fountains is able to secure an alternate client for the cancelled period, Fiesta Fountains will return 75% of the deposit to the Client. The liability of Fiesta Fountains to perform said services is subject to proven detention by serious illness, accidents or any other actions not under its control. The extent of liability for failure to perform said services shall not exceed the actual value of the contracted services.
