To secure your event date at VUKA, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit ensures that your chosen date is reserved exclusively for your event. The remaining balance must be settled 120 days prior to your event. If you are booking within 120 days, full payment is required at the time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy
First 7 Days: A full refund is available if cancellation occurs within the first 7 days.
After 7 Days: 50% of the deposit will be returned. For events booked within 120 days, full payment is required at the time of booking, and no refunds are available. However, you may reschedule your event for up to 1 year, subject to calendar availability.
Payment Options
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, wire transfers, ACH, and checks. To secure your date, an initial payment is required. The remaining balance is due 120 days prior to your event. If you are booking within 120 days, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Discounts
We proudly offer a 20% discount for non-profit organizations and a 10% discount for veterans and active military personnel.
