At The Mighty Cone, we’re dedicated to providing delicious, high-quality catering with straightforward, all-inclusive pricing. Our average cost per person ranges from $15 to $25, and we do not charge hourly rates for any of our services. Minimums vary depending on factors like day of the week, time, guest count, and seasonal demand, typically falling between $1,250++ and $2,500++.
We provide everything you need for a smooth event, including staffing (except for special requests like bussers), plates, napkins, and disposable silverware, all bundled into your proposal. For complete transparency, your total will include sales tax, an 18-20% gratuity, and a 5% production fee. Events over 30 miles from our South Austin location may incur an additional 10% travel fee. Note, however, that we do not supply guest tables and chairs. We’re here to make your event unforgettable with flavorful food and seamless service!

An Overview of The Mighty Cone Catering Contract Terms.
Event & Services: Client hires The Mighty Cone to provide agreed-upon food, beverages, and related services for the specified event.
Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required to secure services, with the balance due 1 week before the event.
Fees & Charges: An 18-20% gratuity, 5% production fee, and 10% travel fee for events over 30 miles from South Austin apply.
Cancellation Policy: Fees apply for cancellations based on the notice period, with up to 100% of the total owed if canceled within 30 days of the event.
Venue Access & Setup: The Client is responsible for securing venue access for setup and cleanup times.
Liability & Legal Compliance: The Caterer holds general liability insurance and follows local health regulations, with the Client covering any damages caused by guests.
Dispute Resolution: Parties agree to resolve issues amicably and avoid posting negative online comments without prior notice.
