Catering Package Terms for The Enchanted Waffle & Elixirs
Thank you for choosing The Enchanted Waffle & Elixirs to add magic to your event! Below are the details regarding payment and cancellation to ensure a smooth process:
Payment Terms
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total package price is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward your final balance.
Final Payment:
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before your event date.
Accepted payment methods include:
Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
Check: Payable to The Enchanted Waffle & Elixirs
Invoice: Payments processed via an electronic invoicing system.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Client:
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event will receive a full refund of any payments made, excluding the 25% deposit.
Cancellations made less than 14 days but more than 48 hours before the event will receive a refund of 50% of the total package price (excluding the deposit).
Cancellations made 48 hours or less before the event will require full payment.
Rescheduling:
Rescheduling is available at no additional charge if requested 7 days or more before the event.
Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the event may incur additional charges, depending on availability and preparation costs.
Special Offers & Discounts
Loyalty clients or repeat customers may receive exclusive discounts or complimentary upgrades. Ask for details during booking!
Additional Notes
Payment must be completed in full before services are rendered.
Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services.
Late payments are subject to a 5% late fee for each week past the due date.
