The Dinner Detective is the largest, award-winning, interactive murder mystery dinner show in the United States. Unlike other murder mystery dinner companies, our immensely popular shows are set in the present, with no cheesy costumes, no recited campy dialogue and no hokey characters. Instead of “Clue?” think “Saturday Night Live” meets “Law & Order.” Our cast is comprised of the best local comedians and improvisors who blend in with the crowd making everyone a potential suspect or victim. In many instances, guests are seated with the performers and don't even realize it until they die...the performers, that is! Our Detectives proceed to interrogate everyone and find clues as more people die. At the end of the night, prizes are awarded to the Top Sleuth who solves the crime. We're located at the Courtyard Marriott in the heart of the Downtown Austin entertainment scene. Tickets to our location include a reception with appetizers, mixed green salad, choice of entree (chicken, fish or vegetarian), dessert, interactive Murder Mystery show, prizes and so much more.
