About LZR
The downtown building, formerly home to concert hall La Zona Rosa—where many legendary musical performances took place over the years—has reopened!
LZR hopes to bring people, events, artists, and creatives together by offering a collaborative 10,000-square-foot event space equipped with a warehouse, lounge, built in bar, landscaped outdoor patio and seating area with a built in stage. This place is versatile and can be transformed to your event needs.
From concerts to conferences, and public events to private parties - no idea is too big. We hope to be a part of your next event!
