Terms and Conditions

• Booking & Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to secure your event booking. Final payment is due 48 hours before the event. • Cancellations: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will result in the loss of the deposit. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit. • Staffing: Prices may vary based on the size and scope of your event. Additional charges may apply for events requiring more staff or extended hours. • Travel & Setup Fees: Travel fees may apply for events outside of our service area. Setup and breakdown fees are included in the pricing, depending on your package. • Alcohol: Clients must provide the alcohol. We will assist with alcohol service based on your event’s needs. • Damage/Property: Clients are responsible for any damage to equipment or property caused during the event. • Service Guarantee: We ensure a high level of professionalism and service, with all staff trained to handle the specific needs of your event.
