Terms and Conditions

1. Package pricing does not include fire department/permit fees that may be assessed by the AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction) and varies depending on the location of your event. We will review the location of your event and submit the amount of any applicable AHJ fees to you for approval before confirming your booking. 2. Package pricing includes trucking to and from any event located within 40 miles of the 78736 zip code. Trucking of equipment beyond that distance will be billed at an additional $1 per mile to and from the event. 3. A 50% deposit is required to reserve the date and confirm your booking. Remaining balance to be paid 10 days prior to the event. 4. Big Dog Pyro will provide all services in a timely and professional manner, and client will keep Big Dog Pyro fully apprised of any changes in scheduling or updated needs with sufficient time for such changes to be enacted without the loss of time and effort. 5. If in the opinion of the operator, venue, or the customer, weather or other conditions beyond our control cause the work to be cancelled, the customer can reschedule the services for a mutually agreeable date. The client will be responsible for any additional fees assessed by the AHJ. 6. The presence of any safety hazards not under the control of Big Dog Pyro shall cause a delay in the delivery of any services until such hazards are corrected. Big Dog Pyro shall incur no liability for such delays.
