Located in South Austin's emerging Manchaca Entertainment District, we are a large hall space with a 2500 sq ft installed dance floor and 4-point stereo sound system that can easily accommodate 150 seated and up to 250 standing guests. Opened in April of 2024, this modestly appointed space is configurable for dance parties, graduations, and family events, as well as corporate mixers, private music events, and large seminars. Extremely flexible, the decor is simple and tasteful, and easily modified to suit the vibe of your event. The space for rent is the 4200 sq ft main room, with the dance floor and speaker system, and also includes a partitioned lounge area with overstuffed couches and chairs, a front reception room, a coat room with lockers and clothes rack, a kitchen/break room and two single stall unisex bathrooms. ---- Please note we are a substance-free space with alcohol allowed by rare exception. You will need to rent your tables and chairs for seated events. The rental period is inclusive of setup and cleanup time, please allow for that in your booking.
