We are still Austin’s largest most affordable venue to rent, AND we support your personal sanity by assisting you with the hardest parts of your party planning experience. Our modestly appointed space is customizable for Quinceaneras, birthday parties, wedding receptions, graduations, and other big family events where you want to invite everyone but also don’t want to mortgage your house to afford it! We are also a great spot to rent for corporate mixers and offsites, music events, film screenings, large seminars and other business related events where a simple, friendly and easy rental will aid in the success of your event. We’ve kept the decor simple and tasteful, and our space is easily modified to suit the vibe you want to create. Located in South Austin's emerging Manchaca Entertainment District, we have a large hall space equipped with a 2500 sq ft installed dance floor and a club-quality sound system that can easily accommodate 200 seated and up to 250 standing guests. Our entire space is available for rent, which includes our 4200 sq ft main room, with the dance floor and speaker system, and our partitioned lounge area with overstuffed couches and chairs, a front reception room, a coat room with lockers and clothes rack, a kitchen/break room and two single stall unisex bathrooms. We have onsite parking for about 70 cars, accessible parking out front with ramp entry, and plenty of street parking within walking distance. ---- Please note we are a substance-free space with alcohol allowed only for private parties. We have table and chair rental packages and pick up and return the rental for free The rental period is inclusive of setup and cleanup time, please allow for that in your booking.
