Your Chocolate Fountain Rental includes the set up and display of your Chocolate Fountain Table. Table Décor is included to make a Chocolate Fountain display that will make a special setting for your Special Event. A Chocolate Fountain attendant will maintain the Chocolate Fountain table and assist your guests so you can enjoy your Special Event with no worries!
Every Full Service Chocolate Fountain Rental Includes:

Terms and Conditions
In order to ensure a successful event, it is necessary that the Chocolate Fountain be set up properly. We therefore require access to the desired setup area at least 45 minutes prior to the beginning of the event. We also require 30 minutes after the conclusion of the agreed upon rental time period, in order to disassemble and clean up the Chocolate Fountain. This time required for set up and take down of the Chocolate Fountain does NOT count toward the scheduled rental time of the Chocolate Fountain.
Chocolate Only chocolate provided by Austin Chocolate Occasions is to be used in the fountain. All chocolate must be purchased from Austin Chocolate Occasions. There are no refunds for unused chocolate.
Client agrees to provide at the desired setup area the following:
1. For the Chocolate Fountain Rental – a sturdy and level table capable of supporting one hundred (100) pounds. Once the Chocolate Fountain has been set up at the specified location, it cannot be moved during the event. Table should be 5ft or 6ft rectangular or 48” to 60” round.
• Table should be indoors and in an area that is not in direct contact with airflow – fans or air conditioning vents can interfere with the flow of the chocolate curtain.
• Table should be set up away at least 1 ft. from wall so that it can be accessed from all sides for maintenance purposes.
2. Floor length table linens that will complement the color scheme of your special event. Disposable linens or overlay recommended for Chocolate Fountain Rental.
3. Sufficient power for the operation of the Chocolate Fountain, which requires at least one 120-volt circuit that supplies at least 15 amps, according to normal safety standards, within 10 feet of the setup area.
4. Ready access to kitchen and sink/waste disposal facilities
