Terms and Conditions
Booking and Payment:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your date.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event date.
Service Duration:
The half-day service includes up to 4 hours of coverage.
Additional hours can be added at an hourly rate of 100 per hour.
Any time beyond the agreed-upon hours will be billed at the standard hourly rate.
Travel and Accommodation:
Travel within the metro Atlanta area is included in the package.
For locations outside this radius, a travel fee will apply.
If the event requires an overnight stay, accommodation costs will be the responsibility of the client.
Content Delivery:
Edited photos and videos will be delivered within 24-48 hrs after the event.
Content will be delivered digitally via Google Drive.
The client will have 90 to download the content before it is removed from our servers.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
In the event of a cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
If the event is canceled by Shantae Creative Studio due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
Rights and Usage:
Shantae Creative Studio retains the rights to use photos and videos for promotional purposes, including on social media, websites, and marketing materials.
Clients may use the delivered content for personal use and sharing with family and friends.
Client Responsibilities:
It is the client’s responsibility to provide a detailed schedule of events and any specific requests prior to the event.
The client must ensure that the event location is accessible and that any necessary permissions are obtained.
Liability:
Shantae Creative Studio is not liable for any unforeseen circumstances that may prevent the fulfillment of services, such as natural disasters, accidents, or illness.
In the event of equipment failure or other technical issues, every effort will be made to provide equivalent services or compensation.

With up to 16 hours of continuous coverage, we’ll be there to document everything—from the early preparations and intimate moments to the grand celebrations and final farewells.
