Thank you so much for choose Marvelous Creative Studio! For entrance to the space please park in the rear parking lot. Access to the space is through the main front door entry way only. There is a walkway path between the donut shop and my building that will bring you to the front of my space. Enter through the front door as there is a lockbox with a code that you will be given at the time of your arrival. Enter at your exact time requested and not before then. Please place keys back inside of the lockbox and lock it. Once inside of the space, you will then be able to have access to the back entrance to the parking lot. * ABSOLUTELY no smoking in the building or within 25 feet from both entryways to the studio. No loitering in the front of the building or back hallway entryway. There is a designated area for smoking on the right side of the building in a court house style outside garden as well as the back of the building 25 feet away from the studio. * Alcohol is permitted with one of our preferred licensed bartenders presented or the option to purchasing a day alcohol liability insurance to nring in your own alcohol from “The Event helper” link below. Please list marvelous, creative studio, LLC as the business and check that you will be hosting alcohol at your event. This certificate of insurance would need to be sent to the studio's owner before your event date. Studio cameras are mainly within the entire studio areas only. Recording devices in the bathroom are prohibited.
