We organized our women's day event there and it was so organized, everything was so taken care of. I would recommend again and again.

We had our wedding at HEBGC and we had the most AMAZING experience. The golf course was beautiful and the people who worked there were fantastic! Every single person was so helpful and nice! We absolutely loved having our wedding at Heritage Eagle Bend! It's an absolutely beautiful venue, all of our guests were very impressed and enjoyed it. The staff are extremely helpful and nice. I would highly, highly recommend having your wedding here! Plus, it's way more affordable than other venues and they don't charge you a bunch of fees for every little thing.

Just wanted to let you know how happy and satisfied we were with our family group luncheon at noon on Saturday, 23 Dec. The private room off the casual dining room was set up perfectly, our waiter Ben was outstanding and the kitchen did a great job on the luncheon food we ordered from the menu. We will for sure schedule next year's luncheon at the club house.

Jennifer Stoneking is an absolutely wonderful person with whom to plan an event. Our first phone conversation was followed within a few days with a personal meeting. She answered all of our questions, concerns, and desires. We left that meeting totally at ease and free of stress. We knew that she would take care of everything perfectly. And she did. She took care of every little detail for us and when we needed/wanted some changes, those were immediately accommodated also. She is a joy to work with professionally and personally. A hugh thank you to her. Liz was also so excellent. Every need before and during the dinner was met without us even knowing. Every request granted. Such professionalism and sweet personality. Please thank her for us, as we do not have an email address for her. Accolades to Chef Giovanni. Everyone thought the food was outstanding. One friend emailed afterwards: "Food rivaled any that we've had in upscale restaurants and that's hard to pull off for larger crowds." This from friends who have travelled all over the world and eat out often at very nice restaurants. Of course the decorations were beautiful and our need for some accommodations there was also cheerfully met. All of our guests commented on what an outstanding party and venue it was. Jennifer, Liz, Giovanni, and all those others behind the scene made it possible. Thanks to all of them so much for being such fine people with whom to work and providing such friendly, professional service.

If you're shopping venues and have not yet made your mind up on one I would definitely go see Jenna at Heritage Eagle Bend prior to making up your mind. It has such beautiful scenes for pictures and the inside is divine. They have such great staff, and they work with you step by step to make your dream wedding a reality. I can't express how incredibly beautiful our wedding turned out to be and I know it's thanks to all the staff that helped piece our special day together. Jenna herself was simply amazing and was always available to me when I had insane questions. Make an appointment and go out and see the golf course, I promise you won't regret it. ??

The BEST ever last night! Everything went off without a hitch . The weather held, our crowd was friendly and relaxed, the staff on it all evening and the food was delicious! Making the burgers and brats to order pleased everyone. The pasta salad, green salad and beans (which I haven't had before) were very good. Casey was on it and did a really good job. As did our grill man and waitresses and bartender. So pleased and grateful to you for a wonderful evening.

The servers were outstanding, loved the food, cheese tray was very well received. As it turned out we stayed outside for the evening and some of us moved in with the bar later, just having a good time together. It was an enjoyable evening for all.

THANK YOU for a wonderful banquet at your facility. The Cherokee Trail High School boy's lacrosse program was extremely honored and impressed with the staff, and the facility. Our players, coaches and our quests all enjoyed themselves that evening and we look forward to partnering with you in the future.

The food was delicious! Joe and Peter were wonderful servers and bartenders. We had our Christmas dinner on December 3rd in the lower lobby and it was a huge success. The decorations were very nice and the meal was excellent. The staff was incredible, as always, on Saturday. They are always so helpful and don’t act like they are “too busy” to help us. It is a great team.

The Banquet last night went so well - I could not have been happier. I received so many positive comments about how nice the room was - how spacious it was - & how good the food was. I cannot say enough nice things about your staff - Liz is terrific. She had everything under control & she as well as the staff were so accommodating. Everything went perfectly.

Staff 1. Your staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so kind and just willing to help with just about anything to ensure things went smoothly! 2. Jennifer – she ensured I was able to get my decorations up the way I wanted them. We wrapped flower garland outside and she had Rob help me get them up to ensure I didn’t fall or get hurt. She could have easily told me that it was something we couldn’t get done but she did her best to help my vision become a reality. She also checked in with us several times and before the party started and asked us if we needed anything. She also took the time to show us how to fluff up the pom poms out of the packaging that we hung inside the eating room. 3. Rob – he came to the rescue and helped me get up the last of my flower garlands. 4. Liz – she was just so amazing. You guys are really lucky to have her. She was so kind and patient. Never gave attitude. Always willing to help if we had any questions or needed anything. Had a smile on her face. Just made us all feel so comfortable during the event. Didn’t make us feel rushed. When we needed scissors she was more than happy to get us some, when we need the cart put the cake on to bring in she was more than happy to grab it for us. Honestly she was great to work with and I’m so glad she was our banquet captain that night. 5. Nick – He was so sweet and kind. When he was told to fix something or move something by other staff members he was very prompt and completed the task right away. He was always smiling and very respectful. Never complained once or gave attitude and very patient. 6. The entire staff, including yourself were just absolutely amazing to work with. You guys really went above and beyond with your customer service.
