Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy: Dry Dock Brewing Co. requires written notice for all cancellations.  Up to 15 days prior to the Event Date (including the day of the event), Patron will forfeit 100% of the Banquet Event Order Grand Total agreed to in this contract, plus any other costs directly incurred for the event. This includes but is not limited to, cancellation fees from outside vendors, supplies purchased for the event, labor, etc.  Up to 30 days prior to the Event Date (including the day of the event), Patron will forfeit 75% of the Banquet Event Order Grand Total agreed to in this contract, plus any other costs directly incurred for the event. This includes but is not limited to, cancellation fees from outside vendors, supplies purchased for the event, labor, etc.  Up to 60 days prior to the Event Date (including the day of the event), Patron will forfeit 50% of the Banquet Event Order Grand Total agreed to in this contract, plus any other costs directly incurred for the event. This includes but is not limited to, cancellation fees from outside vendors, supplies purchased for the event, labor, etc.  60 days or more prior to the Event Date (including the day of the event), Patron will forfeit 25% of the Banquet Event Order Grand Total agreed to in this contract, plus any other costs directly incurred for the event. This includes but is not limited to, cancellation fees from outside vendors, supplies purchased for the event, labor, etc.
