Terms and Conditions
A $50 per hour deposit is required at the time of reservation and 50% of venue fees are due a minimum of 10 business days prior to the event. Payment may be made online at www.tawakoni.org, in-person during regular office hours, by phone or by mail. Payment methods include money order, check, and credit/debit card.
Package Includes:
• Time for set up & rehearsal the day before, wedding day use, and clean up the day after
• Three required meetings with the Site Coordinator
• Entrance, parking, ceremony, and reception areas will be mowed before your event. Buildings reserved for you, public restrooms, ceremony, and reception areas will be cleaned and sanitized before your event.
• Table linens; sunflower, cedar plank, and votive candels table center pieces; a curtain/rod is provided to cover windows into the commercial kitchen and a black cloth to cover the moveable salad bar; cedar wedding arch.
• Table, chair, and tent rental and set-up as appropriate. White outdoor fairy lights & solar lights and white indoor string lights.
• Additional cleaning staff for before, during, and after the event
Deposit | $600 - $800
Retreat pricing includes: overnight lodging, 1-leadership apartment, family-style meal service, access to outdoor recreation areas, meeting space in Dining Hall, indoor Chapel, and/or outdoor Worship Pavillion.

A $200 per night deposit is due at time of reservation and a minimum of 50% of venue fees are due a minimum of 10 business days prior to the event. Check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability and additional charges.
Both high ropes and low ropes challenges are available led by trained facilitators. A half-day event is about 2-5 hours of course time and a full-day is about 5-8 hours of course time. Meals and/or snacks can be scheduled as a part of the program for an additional fee.

Liability waivers are required for all participants. Participants should wear closed-toed and sturdy shoes while on the course. Course closed when outside temperatures drop below 45 degrees, when lightning is detected within 20 miles of the facility, or when the Camp Manager deems it unsafe.
The package may be combined with overnight lodging at $35-40 per person.

Applicable for children and youth camps and conferences between May and August. Reservation request due by December 15 of the previous year and $1000 deposit is due by January 15. Payment of 25% of venue fees is due a minimum of 60 days prior to the event and a second payment of 25% of venue fees is due a minimum of 10 busines days prior to the event.
