Can I choose any time to have my event? Monday through Thursdays are open times with durations of 2 hours 6 hours or 12 hours which is a full day session. Friday - Sunday times are 11am-5pm or 7pm-1am. if you need to overlap time slots, there is an additional $350 charge. For every extra hour after your time slot is $100.

Do you require a deposit ? Yes we do require a 30% reservation fee (non-refundable). Plus a ($300 refundable security deposit). The remaining balance is due two weeks before your event.
Do you allow outside catering or Dj? Yes we do.?
Cancellation Policy
Our 30% date-hold its non-refundable.
Two weeks prior to event. No space rental payment(s) will be refunded.
If the client reschedules an event within 45 days of original event date, client must make payment in full. If the client or client's event is impacted by COVID-19, the date and payments made, may be rescheduled one time within a 13 months of original event date, no refunds will be provided.
The event of a government required shutdown, payments made will serve as a credit for the rescheduled event.
