Venue Rental Fees — with Blue Ribbon Cooking contracted for catering at venue:
Monday through Thursday (year round) – $2,500
Friday and Sundays in April-October – $4,500
Saturdays in April, May, and October – $5,000
Saturdays in June-September – $7,000
Included Rentals when using Blue Ribbon Cooking:
All White, Padded Resin Chairs Needed
All Dining Tables (round or rectangle), Cocktail Tables and Accent Tables Needed
Venue Rental Fees — with approved outside caterer:
Same as above, but the additional fees will be applied to final invoice:
Outside caterer release fee – +$1,000
Venue manager fee +$40/hour (8 hour minimum)*
Included Rentals when using Outside Catering:
200 – White Padded Resin Chairs
25 – 60’ Round Dining Tables
10 – 6' Rectangular Tables
2 – 8' Rectangular Tables
5 – Cocktail Round Tables

*One venue manager is needed for every 100 guests. For example, a wedding of 175 guests will require two venue managers.
