Thank you for choosing our uplighting services for your event! Before finalizing your rental, please review the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking and Reservation:
To secure your date, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental fee is required.
The remaining balance is due 7 days/weeks prior to the event date.
2. Duration:
The standard rental period is 24 hours or less. Additional hours may be arranged at an extra cost.
Early setup and late removal can be accommodated with prior arrangement and may incur an additional fee.
3. Equipment Care:
The renter is responsible for the proper care and safekeeping of the uplighting equipment during the rental period.
Any damage or loss of equipment will result in additional charges.
4. Setup and Placement:
Our professional team will handle the setup and placement of the uplighting equipment.
The renter must provide clear instructions regarding the desired placement and color preferences.
5. Power Requirements:
Access to a reliable power source must be provided at the venue.
Any power failures or issues related to inadequate power supply at the venue are not the responsibility of the rental service. We can do wireless up lighting and/ or outdoor wireless up lighting for an additional fee.
6. Cancellation Policy:
The full rental fee is charged if the event is canceled within 3 days of the scheduled date.
If the event is rescheduled, every effort will be made to accommodate the new date based on availability.
7. Liability:
The renter assumes full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of the use of the uplighting equipment during the rental period.
8. Pickup and Return:
Pickup and return of the equipment will be coordinated with our team.
Late returns may result in additional charges.
9. Weather Conditions:
Uplighting equipment is for indoor use . Outdoor use is subject to weather conditions, and arrangements must be made in advance.
