We have a 27,000 Square feet three level atrium/stadium/event space that hold 2000 people. The space has a green room with bar and bathrroom, a full industrial kitchen, two large nice bathrooms.three bars, 4 additional rooms that can be used to sell merchandise, do signings, or extras greens rooms. We can do big weddings, parties, nightclubs, concerts, sporting events, comedy clubs, and conventions. We also have an additional 20,000 Sq feet of open rooms/convention rooms that lead up to the atrium. So, you could add an additional 3000 people to your event/conventions for a total of 5000. There's also an 3000 square feet outdoor deck attached that extends out over the Ocean. So you could use for additional space as a beer garden or with live entertainment or food trucks.
