The AWS Chef's Kitchen is a private room featuring an open kitchen.
Seated this room can hold 60 guests. Reception style it can hold 80.
This room can be used for cooking events, wine dinners, casual gatherings, meeting, etc. AV is available.

Final Guest Count
Client is required to provide Vino Venue ("V V") with their final Guest Count 5 business days prior to their event. Notification should be made in writing. Email is preferred.
If final guest count is not received by the deadline, the estimated number of guests listed on the contract will be used for food, wine and staffing planning and will the minimum number billed for the event.
Due to the incremental cost of subsequent food purchasing, increases in headcount within 3 business days of the event will be subject to a 20% fee.
In order to reserve the proper amount of space for Client's event, the headcount may not exceed 10% of the anticipated guest count on the contract. If headcount rises above 10%, please notify Vino Venue to see if there is an option to increase the space reserved.
All event attendees are considered guests and the final bill will reflect the total number of attendees.
Menu
Client menu choices are due 14 business days prior to their event. Choices should be emailed. If menu choices are not received by the deadline, the menu will be selected for the Client by V V.
Minimums
In the event that the minimum food and beverage spend is not met, the difference between the actual food and beverage spend and the minimum will be charged to the client. Food and beverage minimums do not include tax, gratuity, rental fees, gift cards and other incidental charges.

V V’s total services will be paid at a fixed fee based on the Client provided Guaranteed Guest Count. A down payment of 50% is due upon signed contract and is based on the Estimated Guest Count. Contract is not binding without down payment. Final payment must be made NO LATER than the event date. The card on file will be used for the final payment unless Client provides an alternative form of payment before the end of the event.
If a cancellation by the Client occurs between eight (8) weeks and forty-eight (48) hours of the event date, of which date is stipulated in the Client approved Event Proposal, V V is entitled to a cancellation fee of 50% of the Estimated Total, as stipulated in the Client approved Event Proposal.
If a cancellation by the Client occurs within forty-eight (48) hours of the event date, of which date is stipulated in the Client approved Event Proposal, or the Client does not show for the event, V V is entitled to a cancellation fee of 100% of the Estimated Total, as stipulated in the Client approved Event Proposal.
In the event that the Client requires a change in date, of which date is stipulated in the Client approved Event Proposal, V V requires a five (5) week notice to move that date to a mutually agreed upon day.
Payment via credit card is accepted, although a processing fee of 3% is added. If a refund is generated to a credit card a 3% credit card processing fee will be assessed.
Location
Unless otherwise noted in the Event Proposal, V V has the discretion to locate the Client's event in the area of the facility that best fits the type of event being conducted. Client presentations are not allowed outside the AWS Chef's Kitchen unless otherwise noted in the Event Proposal.

Client understands that if the event extends beyond the designated end time indicated above, V V will charge $50 per employee per additional hour or portion thereof as well as a per bottle fee for any additional bottles of wine opened as a result of the overage.
The entire facility of Vino Venue can be secured for your custom event. Vino Venue provides the catering, beverages, staffing and basic decor. A photobooth is also available to rent as is full AV. Buyout minimums vary based on the day of the week, time of day and high or low season.
The type of events we host range from business meetings, to wine dinners, to receptions with our wines machines and many more. The facility is suitable for film shoots, business, wedding and other social events.

The entire restaurant portion of our facility can be rented. At the same time, we may also have an event occurring in our private room. But the two areas are sectioned off.
This area can hold 125 reception style. The outdoor patio can be incorporated and will hold an additional 20 guests.

The restaurant area of our space can be used to host events. There are several locations within the restaurant that can be used based on needs and number of guests. These spaces are semi-private.

Many film crews have used our space for filming. The open kitchen in our private room lends it self to a perfect setup for chef demos. Companies can rent out a small portion or our entire facility.
