Monday – Saturday daytime events ending by 6 pm AND Sunday – Tuesday evening events: We charge no rental fee for any 3 hour event, provided you spend at least $750 in food and beverage, with Service Fee* and 8% sales tax. If you need more than 3 hours, just increase the minimum required spending by $250/hour. You will have the space to yourself during these time periods unless otherwise specified. Wednesday – Saturday evening events: If a Full Warren Member is sponsoring your event, there is no rental fee. Otherwise, there is a Non-Member Rental Fee of $10/person up to a maximum of $500. Alternatively, you may become a Member of The Warren for $600, and pay no rental fees for any party where you serve food. I have attached the options and benefits of membership here. If you wish to rent The Warren exclusively, which is not always necessary, but is an option, we have the following minimums for your combined spending for rental, food, and beverage: Wednesdays and Thursdays until 10 pm - $2000 minimum; all night - $3000 minimum Friday until 10 pm - $4000 minimum Saturday until 10 pm - $6000 minimum Each additional hour beyond 10 pm on Friday and Saturday nights adds $1000 to the minimum required expenditure. Service Fee* and 8% sales tax on food and beverage are not included in the minimums. Hosting a non-exclusive party is also an option and works out just fine for most party hosts. Sunday events before 4 pm: We serve brunch to the public from 10 am to 2 pm on Sundays. For exclusive buy-outs of The Warren during these hours, there is a Non-Member Rental Fee of $10/person up to $500, with a required minimum spending of $3000 for rental, food and beverage. Alternatively, you may become a Member of The Warren for $600, and pay no rental fees for any party where you offer food, though the minimum applies. See attachments for menus and details.
