General Rules No Smoking in the building (including hookah,cigarettes,etc) No Holes in the wall or items that may tear/damage the walls No confetti/poppers/can color or colored smoke (ex gender reveals) No outside bar services - must be booked directly through venue, BYOB fee assessed Outside catering is allowed - we offer a suggested vendors list Outside DJ services allowed - we offer a suggested DJ list No outside partying/in the parking lot, the garage may be open during your event party may not leave the venue space Outside vendors services may have an associated fee. BYOB fee assessed upon booking. Guests can bring their own alcohol Beer, wine, and seltzers only. Liquor must be served by a licensed vendor.
