A refundable security deposit of $1,000 and 50% of the venue rental fee are due with the signed rental agreement. The remaining balance and a Certificate of Insurance will be due 10 business days prior to the event date.
The rental fee varies depending on the day of the week. The rental includes an 8-hour block of time, this includes event time as well as load-in and load-out. You can break up the 8 hours that works best for your event. Additional hours are available for $300 an hour.

Friday - $4,000
Saturday - $4,000
Holiday - $6,000
