- Assist you in locating a venue for your wedding.
- Includes pricing of the venue.
- Pictures of the venue.

- Contact to the venue to verify special request you may have.
- We provide you with UP TO 10 venues that will match your needs as close as possible.
- If none of the venues we provide match your liking we will offer 5 additional venues at that time.

Customer must provide us with details of what kind of venue they are looking for Example: must have dance floor, must have chandeliers, must accommodate 300 people or must allow outside catering.
Please be mindful that sometimes we want something for a particular price and it is just not realistic. Memorable Moments by K will provide you with venues that are fairly priced and for the budget you are closely looking for along with minor suggestion to get what you are looking for.
Once amount is paid you will receive an email with a document with the required questions for us start your venue search.
Memorable Moments by K does not guarantee you will select the venue we suggest, but with enough options we give you a wide range selection to match your criteria. Once search is done and sent to client no refunds can be given.

This package is ideally for a bride and groom who have planned their entire wedding, had someone set up there special day but needs someone to handle the logistics the day of. We will make sure all the vendors (caterers, DJ’s, Photographer etc) are all in place and everything going according to plan. We will be their main point of contact that day for all the vendors and venue. We will be there from the start to finish of your day making sure that there is a smooth transition to one point to another. We will meet with you 30 days prior to your wedding to go over the details and the week of to follow up and gather any changes.
You will have 1 to two coordinators depending on the size of your wedding.
