The machine itself was top-notch and easy to use after they set it up. We were able to make adult n kiddie slushies without any issues. The customer service was fantastic as well. The team mainly Kris was friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive, ensuring we knew how to operate the machine and troubleshoot if needed (though we didn’t run into any problems!). Delivery and pickup were timely and hassle-free, which made the entire rental process stress-free.
