Bar Packages
1) Non-hosted Bar – your guests buy their own beverages.
2) Bar Tab – You select the bar tab amount that you’d like to cover (tax and gratuity would be on top of this amount). After, your guests buy their own drinks.
3) Drink Tickets - $13 per ticket. You select the number of drink tickets you’re seeking to have. A signature cocktail list will be provided per request
4) Open Bar - $40 per person for 1 hour, $50 per person for 2 hours, $60 per person for 3 hours All guests would need to partake in the open bar.

CANCELLATION
For all booked events (aside from photo shoots) your initial retainer consisting of 50% of your total rental (not including add-ons) is non-refundable in the event of complete cancellation. Because dates are typically booked out months in advance, cancelling often leaves us with a loss in booking that we are sometimes unable to fill. This retainer helps alleviate some of that income loss for ‘The Venue’ (though not all) due to client cancellation.
Although booking deposits ARE non-refundable in the event of cancellation, this amount is not lost, but kept on file under the financially responsible person’s name as a ‘credit.’ This credit can be used towards any other type of event (party, bridal shower, family/ holiday gathering) at our locations. Photoshoots are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, they can be rescheduled, or the amount kept on file as a credit under the guests name.
