Payment Details: Initial Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total package price is required to secure the booking. This amount will be deducted from the final invoice. Balance Payment: Method of Payment: We accept payments via credit card, check, or direct bank transfer. Due Date: The balance payment is due no later than 14 days prior to the event date. Special Offers & Discounts: Early Bird Discount: Bookings made 60 days or more in advance are eligible for a 10% discount on the total package price. Referral Discount: Refer a friend and get a 5% discount on your next booking once their event is completed. Cancellation Policy: More than 30 days before the event: If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before the event, you will be refunded 50% of the amount paid minus the initial deposit. Between 15 to 30 days before the event: If you cancel between 15 to 30 days before the event, you will be refunded 25% of the amount paid minus the initial deposit. Less than 15 days before the event: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 15 days before the event.
